Sling Bar Company LLC is a dynamic, independent, full service cocktail and spirits consulting and catering company that combines the talent and experience of bartenders based in London, NYC, Detroit and Tampa.  We provide services unmatched in style, excellence and execution.

Founded by the bartender team and co-owner of Tampa’s award winning Ciro’s Speakeasy and Supper Club; Ro Patel, Elise Ciungan, Doug Twining and Andres Aleman. Collectively, they have over four decades of combined beverage hospitality experience bringing a unique vision on classic, contemporary cocktail design and evening entertainment.

 Sling Bar Company LLC offers abundant knowledge, enthusiasm, personality and professionalism to every new project.  We provide a range of capabilities that includes cocktail program creation, in depth staff training, event execution, spirit education, media presentations, local/national brand ambassadorship, marketing and development, bar operation and development of new bar concepts.
